Before we launch into another hilarious tale of woe adventure, I wanna thank the delightful angels who’ve recently started supporting this publication by becoming paid subscribers. All hail
Last week I mentioned that I hadn’t sent an email due to the flare up of a medical condition. Let’s start there:
So I did.
The health merry-go-round is obviously not as merry as a real merry-go-round. It often sucks, and I don’t wanna pretend it doesn’t. But that’s not the full story either. I’ve written about the gifts hidden in the crapness of my health challenges here and here.
I’m deeply committed to rehabilitating myself from my oh-so-human addiction to perfect life circumstances. I want neither my consciousness nor my happiness to be dependent on the circumstances of my life or body.
That’s a lofty goal. But more than any external situation (including my health) - that’s what I want for myself.
I want to be surrendered AF. Actually, I can say that better: I want to be ALLOWING AF.
And this ongoing health challenge, like my dad’s brain cancer, is providing me with plenty of opportunities to work out the kinks in the hose of my allowing.
May your challenges be fruitful, and your lunches delicious.
Got anything to say/share about any of this? I LOVE hearing from you, so I’ll just leave this handy little ‘comment’ button here…
Big hugs to you sweet Medha! So many challenges on this physical plane but I love that you are finding the gifts every step of the way. The underground tunnel is the very best - batman!
I wonder if these issues have to do with the channeling......it's coming up more and more for me how much grounding is needed to combat the higher energies because our physical bodies aren't able (yet) to move in this way.....I've been hearing that energy work by it's very nature needs such a strong grounding.
Another awesome story. The Batman reference was hilarious. I also enjoyed the hose picture. That's a great way to visualize resistants. I am learning to not resist as well. Also I am glad you gave a shout out to the subscribers. I'm not sure I ever noticed at the end of each emailed story there is a upgrade to a paid subscriber. I would like to upgrade but I first I'm asking a representative if there is a way to upgrade by paying with PayPal.
