This is so beautifully said. I’m trying to lean into the duality of feelings these days and remind myself that it doesn’t have to be either or. I working on letting myself feel it ALL - good and not so good.
I feel like I could write a book about how revolutionary and transformational learning to fully accept the challenging emotions (and the parts of us that hold them) is. And it's SO COMMON that we're rejecting them or avoiding them - even when we theretically know better!
